What happens under the patch

Hydrocolloid comes from wound care

The same technology hospitals use to let wounds heal in a moist, protected environment. Korean skincare brought it into the daily routine and added active ingredients.

  1. The patch seals the spot

No dirt, no bacteria from your fingers, and you cannot pick at it. That last one usually does the most damage.

  2. Hydrocolloid draws out fluid

The material changes shape as it absorbs fluid. That white patch you see after a few hours is what it pulled out.

  3. The skin stays moist and recovers

A moist environment is measurably better for healing than drying out. Less scabbing, less chance of a scar.

  4. The active ingredients do the rest

Salicylic acid clears the pore; tea tree and calendula calm the redness around it.

NUMI is a cosmetic product. It protects the spot and supports the skin's natural recovery; it is not a treatment for a skin condition.
